I usually say I love reading because I’m not the same person by the time I finish a book, but in this case, it went to another level entirely. I think many readers will have the same feeling as I did, as if something special—divine even—is being shared with me. I’m sure I’ll remember this story for years to come.

I love that the magic and the witchcraft in this book feel so authentic, its not like the basic witchcraft that is everywhere at the moment. This feels real, dark and dangerous. I thoroughly enjoyed Live A Witch Die A Witch. Following Jenica’s journey with her friends to becoming witches was such a wild ride. I read a lot of fantasy and witchy books, and this one is like no other story I’ve read. It stands out, and I highly doubt it’ll be a story I’ll ever forget.

The prose in Live A Witch Die A Witch is lovely! Dante sets up visuals so well that I could see so much of the story like a movie in my head and he has such poignant phrases that I would just stop and think, 'Yes. I love this.'

This epic tale of witches is beautifully written. Dante Valente is a superb writer with a strong and distinct voice. I was really immersed in his world of magic, sex, and sisterhood. Speaking of sex...there is A LOT of sex in Live A Witch Die A Witch and it's really well done. This is a real page turner and the ending is unsettling. It's both ominous and badass.
